Pet Etiquette
Please observe the folling for the comfort of all cutomers:
All pets must be under the control of their owner at all times. Please leash or hold your pet in a carrier when in the store.
For your safety and for the safety of all pets, the tub tie down must be utilized at all times during the bathing and drying process. Pets must stay in the tub throughout the bathing and drying process.
No food is allowed in any grooming or self wash areas.
Never leave any pet unattended while in the tub or anywhere else in the facility.
Muzzles are available at no additional charge for the occasional stress biter, and for aggressive or frightened pets. Please ask to use one if necessary. Disruptive or aggressive pets may be asked to leave at the management`s discretion.
Please be courteous to others and clean up after your pet both indoors and out. Scoop bags are available at no extra charge. If an uncontrolled pet accident occurs in the store, please let us know immediately so that we can clean and sanitize.
Puppies should be at least 16 weeks of age before using our facility for their protection.
All grooming services will be done by appointment only. Self-serve is on a first-come, first-served basis.
All washes must be completed before closing. The last wash of the day is taken 1 hour before closing (2 hours for 2 dogs).
